Nutrition Coaching (Online)
A 3 month coaching program that involves:
- Assessment of your current diet through apps such as Myfitnesspal. This allows me to tailor your goals to you and your lifestyle.
- Phone Consultation (typically 30-60 minutes) where we will go over everything and agree on some areas to work on.
- Goals and "example day" will be sent so you know exactly what you're doing and why.
- Check-in forms will be sent every 2 weeks. This will enable me to see how you're getting on and to see if we need to alter your goals.
- 24/7 access to me via Whatsapp. If you have questions or need help, I will be there for you.

Training Plans (Online)
12 week bespoke training plans designed around you to ensure you're getting the most out of your training.
- Tailored and evidence based training plans based on your lifestyle.
- I use software (Numbers) that will allow you to track your progress, (weights, sets and reps), if you wish.
- If muscle gain is your goal, I have added formulae that will track how much you're lifting each session. This ensures progressive overload (adding volume over time) is being applied. This is crucial as it is one of the main drivers of hypertrophy!
